Seasons Hospice is offering commemorative granite pavers for purchase as a way to honor your loved one(s). The pavers will be inscribed with the name(s) and sentiments of your choice and will be placed around the pond on the beautifully wooded grounds of the Seasons Hospice House in southwest Rochester.

Any orders received after June 1, 2007 will be processed for installation at a later date. All proceeds from paver sales will support Seasons Hospice patient care and bereavement services. You are welcome to visit the site at 5650 Weatherhill Road SW.

One complimentary mini replica granite paver will be included with each order as a personal memento. Additional mini pavers may be purchased as a special keepsake for family and friends.
