At Seasons Hospice serving our patients and families comes first. Often reimbursement falls short in covering the actual cost of providing care and services. Because of this, Seasons relies on the generous gifts of our donors to continue providing care and support within our community.

Hospice donations and memorial gifts support:

Partners in Caring
Our Partners in Caring program is an annual giving program which supports financial assistance for those who are unable to afford the cost of hospice care or those who have special care needs not covered by insurance or other programs. The goal of Seasons Hospice is to provide care for all those who need hospice care regardless of their ability to pay for that care. A contribution of $250 through the Partners in Caring program provides for a day of care in the residential facility.

Each year Seasons provides approximately 180 days of care through Partners in Caring. Funds are awarded based on financial need on a sliding scale. For many patients, this allows the end of life to be a time focused on comfort, dignity and quality of life.

Special Events
Throughout the year Seasons Hospice hosts special events to increase awareness of hospice services in our community and to raise funds to support direct patient care services, volunteer services and bereavement programming. The special events are open to the public.

Seasons Hospice is a 501(c) 3 organization. All donations made are tax deductible according to state and federal law.

How can you help?
Seasons Hospice is grateful for the financial support offered by our hospice families and community members and also for gifts in kind. If you would like to support the work of Seasons Hospice consider a tax-deductible gift. Gifts may be made in the form of memorials for loved ones who have died, tributes to hospice staff and volunteers or others who have helped make a difference in your life. A memorial donation or a gift made in honor of someone is a lasting tribute as it helps us to continue our hospice mission, making our community a better place to live.
