Seasons Hospice offers commemorative granite pavers for purchase as a way to honor your loved one(s). The pavers are inscribed with the name(s) and sentiments of your choice and are placed around the pond on the beautifully wooded grounds of the Seasons Hospice House in southwest Rochester.

You will be notified once your paver has been installed. All proceeds from paver sales support Seasons Hospice Center for Grief Education & Support. You are welcome to visit the site at 5650 Weatherhill Road SW.

One complimentary mini replica granite paver is included with each order as a personal memento. Additional mini pavers may be purchased as a special keepsake for family and friends. The polished black granite pavers (measures 4 inches by 8 inches by 2 inches) are $250 each and additional mini pavers (measures 2 inches by 3 inches by 1/2 inches) are $35 each.
