New Journey: Rebuilding Your Life - Grief is a process of discovery. We begin to look at what we can rebuild for ourselves and what life holds for us now. If you believe that you are ready to discover your potentials in your grief journey, this group may be helpful for you. We will meet on Thursdays beginning March 4, 2010 through March 25, 2010 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm at the Seasons Hospice Office. There is no cost to attend this program, however, registration is required no later than February 25, 2010. Register here
Adult Grief Support Group - Sometime during our walk with grief, we find ourselves wanting to better understand this journey and to share with others who have experienced similar losses. We are offering an 8-week session support group for those who wish to explore issues related to grief and loss. This group will be held on Tuesdays, beginning April 6, 2010 through May 25, 2010 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm at the Seasons Hospice Office. There is no cost to attend this program, however, registration is required no later than March 31, 2010. Register here
Spring Volunteer Training - April 26, 28 and 30 (All three days), 2010 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Rochester. Hospice volunteers provide a special kind of caring for those experiencing end-of-life transitions. Training topics include hospice philosophy and goals, understanding disease conditions, comfort measures, communication and listening skills, bereavement, and other related topics. Remembering and Celebrating Our Loved Ones - Join others in walking the grounds of the Seasons Hospice House to remember and celebrate the lives of our loved ones on Sunday, June 27, 2010 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. The space will be filled with music, poems and nature. Register here
