Location: Rochester, MN

Status: Full-time

Hours: 0.75 – 1.0 FTE, 30-40 hours per week

Shift:  Days with on-call rotation shared between other Chaplains


Seasons Hospice is a community based, non-profit organization in Rochester, MN. We provide specialized care to people living with terminal illness while giving support to their loved ones. We have been caring for residents of southeastern Minnesota for nearly 20 years with our home hospice services and residential hospice facility.

The Chaplain will provide spiritual support and guidance to patients and families in keeping with the patients and families desire and belief system and in accordance with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) plan of care. The Chaplain is responsible for the coordination and provision of spiritual support as indicated in each patient's Plan of Care and also serves as a liaison with the families’ spiritual network. The Chaplain provides support to patients living in their own homes and at our residential hospice facility.

Applicants must possess a Master’s Degree in ministry, theology, psychology, or related field of counseling from an accredited Seminary or School of Theology. Ordination/denominational endorsement as qualified to provide spiritual services. Two years experience in Hospice/Home Care/Hospice is preferred.
