Our annual community grief service—Memories of the Heart—honors and remembers those who passed who were taken care of by Seasons Hospice as well as others in our community. Thank you to all who were able to join us this year.

How We Can Help

Our goal is to help individuals, families, and loved ones of our patients navigate and understand the many aspects of grief. Seasons Hospice offers bereavement care for 13 months following the death of a loved one on our program. This includes mailings and phone calls from our staff and trained volunteers. Our social workers and chaplains oversee this process and are available at 507-285-1930.
